2.1 Registration Prerequisites

To open an account on qk0k, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• The account must be opened in your own name and for your own use — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Employees of qk0k or members of their immediate family are not eligible to play on this platform.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

qk0k reserves the right to verify users' identities. Documents such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If any inconsistency is found in the information provided, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

2.3 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with anyone else. If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, qk0k's support team must be informed immediately.

3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount on qk0k via any payment method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be accepted and the transaction will not be processed.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount for any withdrawal request is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Additional time may be required if verification is needed or unusual activity is detected.

3.4 General Payment Rules

• Try to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals — using a different method may require additional verification.
• qk0k does not charge any transaction fee for deposits or withdrawals, however the payment provider's own fees may apply.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

qk0k offers new users a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met. qk0k's wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount (applied to the bonus amount only — not the combined sum of deposit and bonus).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household using the same device is prohibited.
• qk0k reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.
• If abuse of a bonus or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

qk0k's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Higher tiers can be reached through consistent active participation. VIP cashback is credited directly to the balance and separate wagering requirements may apply.

5.1 Permitted Use

Users may use the qk0k platform for personal entertainment purposes. All games, sports betting, and other services are provided for personal enjoyment.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qk0k:

• Attempting to play through fraud, manipulation, or automated bots.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
• Using the services for harmful or illegal purposes.

5.3 Betting Rules

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. qk0k reserves the right to cancel any bet that was incorrectly processed due to a technical error. In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be returned to the balance.

6.1 Self-Limitation Tools

qk0k provides users with the option to set their own limits. Contact the support team to set deposit limits, session time limits, or a temporary self-exclusion.

6.2 Protection of Minors

qk0k takes the protection of minors very seriously. No one under the age of 21 may open an account or use the platform's services. If this rule is violated, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
